FRSTeam is looking for a full-time savvy, energetic and experienced Business Development Manager for our Gulf Coast geographical territory. The right person will have a proven track record of successful growth as well as the skills to compete against strong competition. Sales experience required to know the next steps in the sales cycle of each of our clients, be organized and pay attention to details. It's about connecting dots, drawing conclusions and inferring the next step as well as building solid relationships.

General Job Description:

  • Develops sales with client base while prospecting for new business within an assigned region.
  • Maintain and cultivate existing customer base by means of monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly contacts.
  • Effectively use software to track sales and relationship activities.
  • Ability to present marketing campaigns and programs to existing and potential clients.
  • Ability to attend industry events, develop new events, keep a budget. Primary client contacts are commercial partners and insurance agents and adjusters.
  • Experience with CRM.

The ideal candidate will possess:

-B2B Selling experience

-Software Experience-Microsoft Office Suite

-The ability to plan/organize personal sales strategies

-Strong verbal and communications skills.

-A professional demeanor and a desire to cold call.

-Ability to work independently as well as, interact effectively with others.

-Ability to adapt ‘on-the-fly’ to unexpected changes within a day.

This is a salary plus commission position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
