As an Energy Advisor, you'll be a part of our lively, commission-based sales team, hitting the streets with residential canvassing to shape a sustainable future. You could earn between $500 - $2000 per kilowatt on systems averaging 6 to 10 kilowatts, plus get a pre-installation commission advance of $1000. The sky's the limit when it comes to your earnings!

Responsibilities:

• Pound the pavement with residential canvassing to generate leads
• Keep track of your leads and referrals
• Make sure potential customers know what to expect
• Join in on our weekly sales and motivational meetings
• Keep growing and learning to become a Solar Sales Closer, Mentor, and Manager

Qualifications:

• You've got a reliable set of wheels and can qualify for a Home Improvement Sales license (which requires a background check by the California State Licensing Board)
• You're fired up and ready to succeed
• You're honest, ethical, and full of integrity
• You love learning and chatting with people
• You're a team player with a consistently positive vibe
