Rochester Colonial, the area's window and door experts is looking for you! We are a third-generation family-run business, celebrating 75 years. Many of our employees have been with the company for more than twenty years! We are currently seeking a fulltime Inside Sales Representative for our Pro Division.

Position Overview

From a centralized location, makes customer contact to generate additional revenue and/or fulfill sales commitment.

Essential Job Functions

• Works with Project Manager in assisting on quotes and work orders when Project Manager is out in field
• Handles walk-in customers when Project Manager is out in the field
• Determines customer needs and recommends products and solutions
• Coordinating customer pick-ups and deliveries with Warehouse
• Follows up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time
• Works closely with Purchasing Agent on tracking incoming deliveries ETA
• Works with order processing on questions/issues along with Project Manager
• Assists with work orders for service issues as well as follows up on unresolved service issues with Project Manager
• Helps Project Manager with coordinating service scheduling

Requirements

• Window and door knowledge very desirable
• Self-starter with a high attention to detail
• Initiative to identify and positively solve problems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task

Other Skills/Abilities

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with construction drawings a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented
