Harris Ford & Lincoln Lynnwood has experienced fantastic growth and has an immediate need to hire Ford and Lincoln Sales Associates.

We have the largest inventory in the state for new and used cars. If we don't have it available, it doesn't exist! Over 1,000 Internet leads a month, over 1,000 phone pops a month and lots of walk-in traffic. We have more opportunity than we do sales consultants!

Long term stability is available here, and you'll receive the support you need to succeed.

Vehicle sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide customer(s) as they appear on the lot and proceed to build rapport with them.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that satisfies their needs
• Utilize our CRM software to facilitate an owner follow-up system that encourages referral business and contributes to the highest levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term and repeat customers.
• Prospect, make calls, and send emails to potential customers to set appointments.
• Follow up with sold customers to ensure the highest level of Customer Service.

Salary: $50,000.00 to $250,000/ year plus generous weekly and monthly spiffs!
