Full description of the position

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR AN ON-SITE / RESIDENTIAL MANGER'S POSITION.

We are a professional property management company specializing in full-service multifamily management in the Greater Los Angeles area, is looking to hire a motivated, detail-oriented Property Management Office Manager with a minimum of two years’ experience.

· Language: English required (Bilingual a plus)

· Work Location: Office located in Beverly Hills, CA

· Full-time

· Salary: Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee maintenance and repair issues
  • Conduct thorough home and property inspections for move-in and move-outs.
  • Properly post notices, take photographs, as needed
  • Monitor unit turnovers.
  • Meet with government agencies to conduct inspections / walk-throughs and investigate complaints.
  • Oversee vendors to ensure quality control.
  • Perform additional field work as necessary.

Skills Include:

  • AppFolio Proficient
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Very strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple job functions
  • Excellent ability to accurately report, follow-up, and evaluate
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary preferably with past property management company will be a plus
  • Strong background in customer service, the ability to think on the spot/problem solve, and deal with high-stress situations
  • Excellent computer skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ADP, and AppFolio database software. Ability to quickly learn new procedures & software
