Mike Erdman Nissan, a reputable and fast-growing Nissan dealership, is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales BDC Agent to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our dealership's success by effectively handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional assistance to potential customers.
• Effectively communicate product information, pricing, and promotions to customers, ensuring their needs and interests are addressed.
• Generate qualified leads by conducting follow-up calls and maintaining customer databases.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions, update customer profiles, and schedule appointments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
• Stay up-to-date with Nissan vehicle models, features, and specifications to provide accurate information to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude to create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.
• Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dealership or call center environment is required.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, multitasking effectively.
• Knowledge of Nissan vehicles and automotive industry is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
