“Regional Sales Manager - Truckload Transportation”

Experience & Skills

  • Hands-On interaction with regional & national account Customers.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales.
  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive Sales and Customer Growth.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans.
  • Developing marketing strategies for new Customer Acquisitions.
  • Identifying potential new customers and creating a plan to acquire them into the sales portfolio.
  • Brainstorming fresh marketing and sales strategy ideas with senior management.

Qualifications:

· Experience in Truckload Transportation Sales with a focus on the Northeastern United States Customer base & Accounts. An understanding of transportation logistics along with experience in Brokerage & 3rd Party Logistics is beneficial.

· 2+ years proven experience in a Truckload Transportation Sales environment.

· Growth orientation.

· Excellent analytical and communication skills.

· Creative and Entrepreneurial Spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
