TriNova, a manufacturer's representative partner of Endress+Hauser, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for their Lakeland, Florida area. As Inside Sales Representative, you will perform administrative sales and support for the outside sales force. Duties include quoting, ordering, expediting, and communicating with the customers and the sales force.

Role + Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for customers

• Write-up orders for customers

• Expedite orders

• Communicate with the customer, Account Managers, and manufacturers

• Understand commercial issues and terms

• Improve product and technical knowledge

• Keep Account Managers up to date on products and services

• Other related duties as assigned
  

Qualification + Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree in a technical field a plus

• 2 years related experience a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong multitasking/project management, time management and planning capabilities

• Excellent ability to recognize key decision makers within a customer’s organization

• Ability to identify additional sales opportunities beyond the customer’s perceived needs or requirements

• Proficient problem solving and interpersonal skills with manufacturers, customers, and TriNova employees

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to gain product knowledge

• Ability to be persistent and determined, cross sell, and to handle rejection

• Dependability, detail oriented, team player, self-learner

• Ability to build and sustain relationships with customers
