We are seeking for an Insurance Producer to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement
• Meet designated sales as by customizing marketing strategies to sell insurance products to individuals
• Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing events.
• Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved.
• Reviewing the progress and success of a event, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new events as necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance + customer service
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Coordinate with other team members to optimize sales effort
• Highly self-motivated
• 2+ years of Insurance-Sales experience
• Averaging 30-40 items monthly

Job Type: Full-time

Start Base: 20+/hr (With differential hourly rate based on performance/experience/drive) COmmissions & Monthly Bonus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Benefits:

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (Business hours)
• Rotating Saturday

• Property and Casualty License
