LEGAL ASSISTANT – POST SALE

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review the Post Sale mail bin daily
• Scanning recorded/executed deeds received from Sheriff’s office
• Uploading recorded/executed deeds to clients
• Sort/distribute mail to the Post Sale department
• Monitor client websites, providing updates as applicable regarding Post Sale status
• Deed preparation utilizing KML system of record
• Follow-up with Sheriff’s offices regarding status of recording/execution of deeds
• Follow-up with Sheriff’s offices regarding status of cost sheets
• Assistance with Post Sale team prepping/scanning/distributing documents as needed
• Escalating items, which require management attention, for any and all outstanding items
• Preparation of Statement of Claims in support of Third Party Sales
• Other unspecified duties as applicable
