Job Description

Bentley Global Resources, LLC is a national staffing and consulting firm located in Oldsmar, Florida. Our company is growing, and we are looking for an account manager to maintain relationships with existing customers and prospect for new clients.

In this role you will qualify job postings with hiring managers, work with our recruiting team throughout the life cycle of the hiring process, negotiate with clients, and ensure compliance with our client agreements. In addition, you will prospect for new clients by calling leads generated by our recruiting staff, and contacts that have already been established. Promote the company’s services to prospective clients.

Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach and strengthens client relationships. They will actively seek out business opportunities that will set our company apart.

Requirements

High energy, enthusiastic and driven. Clear verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to qualify leads, establish relationships, communicate professionally, and manage the experience of our client and consultant through the hiring process.

Bachelor’s Degree Required

Pay: From $39,000.00 per year
