We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent at Allstate Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for selling various insurance policies, such as property, casualty, life, and commercial insurance policies, to potential clients and meeting sales targets set by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance products and services offered by Allstate Insurance.
• Identify potential clients through prospecting, networking, and referral generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
• Evaluate clients' insurance needs and provide customized insurance solutions that meet their requirements and budget.
• Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with clients on renewal dates and upsell additional policies to existing clients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape and provide feedback to management.
• Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline, and results.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
• Active state insurance license.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-driven and self-motivator.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
