SALES MANAGER STEEL SERVICE CENTER

My client is seeking a Sales Manager at their service center facility. This person will have overall responsibility for the inside and outside sales team. They must develop a business plan each year, manage company assets, achieve forecasted operating results and grow sales. This position reports to the President. The Sales Manager will be a team-oriented individual who is assertive and goal-oriented, with a strong emphasis on an ability to work well in a team environment, develop and implement plans and solve customer problems. An ability to sell at high levels of an organization to a diverse customer base is required.* Previous experience in a Steel Service Center is a must with focus on flat rolled products.*

Qualifications:

Excellent written and oral communication skills, mathematical, computer and interpersonal skills required. This position demands high energy and the ability to travel. You must have Carbon Flat Rolled Steel Sales Experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
