We are recruiting for a recent colloge graduate as an Oustised Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be selling our client's Medical Devices to hospitals, Doctors (Surgeons Ophthalmologists MDs) to name a few. You should be a recent university graduate 1-2 years out of College who may have some professional work experience or sales. Entry leve candidates with some sales experience would be a plus. This is an outside sales territory covering the St. Louis city proper and would be about 2/3 of Missouri (Columbia, Jefferson City, Springfield, Kirksville) and about 2/3 of Illinois (approximately Peoria south). You will work from a home-based office. The ideal candidate should live in the greater area of St. Louis.

Our client is an innovative leader in surgical and dental visual enhancement. Their products are used daily throughout the world during lifesaving microsurgical operations and cutting-edge dental procedures.

The territory will include St. Louis city proper and would be about 2/3 of Missouri (Columbia, Jefferson City, Springfield, Kirksville) and about 2/3 of Illinois (approximately Peoria south).

You will be calling on: Surgeons, Hospitals, Operating Rooms, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Surgical Residency Programs, Dental Schools, and Dental Hygiene Schools in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities and Duties

85% of your activity will be following up on leads provided to you by the company. You must organize your own travel schedule and maintain your own calendar of appointments. You are expected to meet with medical and dental professionals that want to see you throughout your exclusive territory demonstrating our Magnification and Illumination solutions. Besides the opportunities covering the territory, the company attends several dozen professional meetings throughout the country and our sales representatives are each assigned to 8-12 of these a year.

Qualifications and Skills

The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, be organized, self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. Must enjoy travel. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED.
