Your Role
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administration related to pre and post-sale activities. This role will support the General Manager, Sales Director and Sales team to ensure timely delivery and execution of the sales process. The Sales Coordinator must possess strong communication and organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee the front office area.
  • Facilitate the administration process working cross functionally with the account teams, creative, and inventory managers to help facilitate the completion of the entire sales process.
  • Develop a clear understanding of OUTFRONT software systems with the ability to create effective proposals, contracts and maps for the Account Executives.
  • Partner with Local Ship-In team and outside market Account Executives on all facets of client relations including proposal completion, media plans, customer service, and revenue objectives.
  • Manage and complete RFPs in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and track production activities of accounts.
  • Select OUTFRONT Media assets to amplify clients’ campaigns, products and brand stories.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, industry news and market expertise.
  • Develop and foster Account Executive relationships to drive new business, renewals, and up-sells to the client.
  • Resolve client inquires by involving appropriate resources.
  • Support and exhibit behavior consistent with the sales and service philosophy of OUTFRONT Media
  • Act with diplomacy as a representative of the Sales Department.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Computer Skills; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must be multi-task oriented, and able to communicate clearly, comprehensively with complete personal and professional integrity.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with at least 1-2 years of professional work experience (preferably in the sales advertising field).
