Now Hiring - LogicManager - Senior Business Planning Analyst in Boston, MA

What you'll be doing on our team

• Partner with the CFO, the Revenue Operations and other business leaders in strategic planning and OKR monitoring
• Maintain and continually refine the business’s price list
• Support finance in in the design and maintenance of the rolling short-term and long-term forecasts
• Counsel and support departmental leaders on their efficiency metrics and complete ad hoc analysis
• Support Sales Management with analysis of efficacy of the new sales and existing customer success compensation models
• Continually refine monthly and quarterly reporting and associated metrics
• Help identify risks, opportunities, and key trends and make recommendations for monitoring company goals through OKRs
• Partner with the accounting team around details of our financial plan and to support timely and accurate financial closes

About you and what skills you’ll need

• East Coast Time Zone: We are a remote-first workforce but are giving priority to candidates currently based on the East Coast due to our core business hours (9am-5pm ET) and collaborative efforts as an organization. At this time, we are unable to consider candidates based in other regions and appreciate your understanding
• BA/BS degree, concentrations in Finance, Economics, and/or Accounting preferred
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or related fields. Technology and/or SaaS experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet skills
• Experience with accounting systems and data/BI tools required. Experience with NetSuite ERP and Netsuite Planning and Budgeting a plus
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment and interacting with multiple departments
• Extreme attention to detail while keeping high-level strategic picture in mind
• Team player with the ability to partner cross-functionally in a growing fast-paced environment
• High-tech industry experience with SaaS or subscription revenue model experience is a plus, but not required
• Self-driven growth mindset with the ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
• Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
