Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Sales Closer for one of our clients! They are a team of in-house digital marketing experts dominating the General Contracting Industry, with a focus on helping Roofers get more roofing customers. The company is a team of 25, established in June 2017 in Miami, FL. With a track record of serving more than 400 clients, they have successfully generated over 100,000 inbound leads and appointments during their tenure. Our clients’ exceptional reputation in the market positions them as industry leaders in this field.

Their primary objective is to deliver marketing strategies that have been thoroughly tested and proven to generate a return on investment that is 5-10 times higher. Unlike many other marketing firms, they focus on a specialized approach that targets individuals actively seeking roof repairs or replacements, rather than taking a generalist approach.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join their team as a Sales Closer, with a strong focus on being a Top Producer. In this role, we are specifically looking for a candidate who consistently achieves outstanding results, setting the bar higher for the entire team. Opportunity Overview

- Full-Time Hybrid Position - W2 Position with Benefits
- Office located in the heart of Miami Beach, FL
- $2K/monthly base draw against commissions
for the first 90 days then commission based
- Current Top Sales Closers are doing north of $200,000
- On Target Earnings: $96,000 to $200,000 USD Earning Potential a Year!
- Monday & Wednesday - remote / Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - in the office
- Working hours are 8:30 am - 5 pm EST
- 2 - 3 appointments per day booked on your calendar;
average closing ratio right now over 40% closing ratio
- Rest of day spent prospecting in the CRM to book leads
& close more sales (all warm leads)

Commission Structure

- Packages size are $4,500 -$8,000 per month
- Tiered commission structure based on targets achieved monthly:
-> 3-Month Contracts > 15% Commission
-> 6-Month Contracts > 25% Commission
-> 12-Month Contracts> 30% Commission

Day to Day

- Effectively communicate and articulate the value proposition of marketing packages to roofing contractors and professionals in the industry
- Drive revenue by effectively closing deals and surpassing sales targets
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of leads and opportunities for future sales
- Reactivate older leads and conduct follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years experience as a successful sales closer, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets - We are looking for a Top Producer who consistently demonstrates exceptional sales skills and has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results!
- Transferable Sales Experience, B2B Preferred & High Ticket Closing
- Experience in digital marketing sales is highly preferred

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
