A national plaintiffs' law firm that focuses exclusively on representing victims of mesothelioma. With offices across the country and rapidly growing teams, we are dedicated to maximizing the recovery of our deserving clients. What we're looking for: Our St. Louis, Missouri office is seeking to hire a Client Services Specialist to support our Marketing & Client Services team. We are looking for energetic, driven, detail-oriented people for this full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities:

• Become knowledgeable about mesothelioma, including cause, treatment, etc.;
• Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary;
• Perform data searches with software platforms utilized by firm;
• Qualifying opportunities and routing to the appropriate team member;
• Follow up on leads to further qualify opportunities;
• Prepare and send documents utilizing FedEx, UPS, and Stamps software programs;
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field;
• Strong phone/inside sales experience;
• Strong sales ability;
• Ability to multitask;
• Detail oriented with the ability to analyze and problem solve;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
• Good time management and organizational skills;
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Schedule & Hours: The schedule we are hiring for is as follows: Sunday 10a-7p, Monday-Wednesday 2p-9p. It's only 4 days a week but would still get paid for full time.
