Your Responsibilities

Maloney Properties is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee a vibrant and active condominium community in Boston with over 200 units. The community also consists of affordable rental units. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, rent collections, financial reporting, owner and resident relations, vendor management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with limited affordable housing programs. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with some occasional evening meetings.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with prior condo management. Knowledge of affordable housing is a plus. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
