Responsibilities:

- Calling a diverse mix of highly interested and qualified professional applicants throughout the country. (NO COLD CALLING!)

- Qualifying interested applicants with warm leads provided daily.

- Strive to meet Daily Metrics and Monthly Targets

Qualifications:

- Experience in outbound phone sales (Preferred)

- Fluent in the English language

- Ability to follow a sales script

- Must have an outgoing, personable, and positive attitude. Along with THE HUNGER to SUCCEED

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Discipline in attendance & punctuality is a must

- Motivated by making money
