Summary/Objective
The Business Development Executive is accountable for the acquisition of new business relationships. The Business Development Executive conducts research to identify target clients who will benefit from having dedicated Human Resources management and benefits administration capabilities. The Business Development Executive will attract new clients by presenting the financial and strategic advantages of a partnership with StaffLink Outsourcing, Inc. Our business model is unique in the PEO industry and our commitment to excellence drives our client experience and our overall success.
The Business Development Executive will actively participate company-based marketing activities, providing creative recommendations based on the current trends, and personal interactions with prospective clients. All marketing activities will be conducted in a manner ensuring a positive, high quality customer focused approach that reflects our solid reputation in the PEO industry.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Source and identify target market potential clients who will benefit through a partnership with StaffLink
· Identify the key decision makers within the targeted organization to initiate the sales process
· Facilitate the product and services offering presentations and demonstrations to the potential client
· During the sales process, emphasize product and service features and benefits, provide metrics to support the client investment, share the pricing model, discuss credit capacity and terms, and finalize the deal
· Participate in marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events

Requirements and Competencies
· Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
· Two years of experience in a PEO or HR Outsourcing environment
· Three years of direct work experience in a Business to Business (B2B) sales or tele sales capacity preferred
· Strong business acumen coupled with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
· Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
· Strong knowledge of financial acumen. Understanding Corporate/Company Financial Reports / Balance Sheets
· Excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology skills and Microsoft Office suite of products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
