Custom Floors Design, Inc. is a luxury carpet and rug showroom, located in FL & MA. Our showroom features some of the finest selections in hand-made wool carpets, rugs, sisal and other natural fibers in a variety of colors, textures and patterns. We offer our own exclusive designs to the trade and high-end residential clients.

We are especially excited to announce that we are seeking a Showroom Manager for recently opened showroom in the Bonita Springs area.

Job Description and Details

• Oversee with the day-to-day activities for the showroom.
• Knowledge of high-end carpeting and rugs.
• Working with interior designers and homeowners in selecting carpeting and area rugs.
• In-home consultation (conducting site measures etc.)
• Overseeing the organization of showroom.
• Assisting with design of advertising materials. Product and informational updates to website
• Creation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly task lists related to current projects
• Prepare sales documents in order to initiate and close sales.
• Coach Sales Associates on sales, sales strategies, and tactics.
• Coordination of project deliveries, installations and guidance on-site.
• Design & drafting plans, consulting with clients on their renovation projects.
• Manage client orders and vendor confirmations.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in high-end carpet or rug sales, interior design, or home furnishing sales.
• Minimum of two years of working with the design community.
• Problem solving, leadership and listening skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with a small team
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge in MS office and QuickBooks

Education

• Degree in Interior Design preferred

Compensation

• $58K per year + Commission
• Two weeks paid vacation
• IRA benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
