Sellstate Alliance Realty is a fast-growing company based in Colorado Springs, CO. We are looking for a Real Estate Apprentice to join our brokerage and grow with us. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry, knowledge of real estate, and the ability to work independently. NOTE - MUST RESIDE or be moving to Colorado within 60 days.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate properties for value and condition.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, inspectors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
• Prepare and present proposals to investors.
• Assist in the preparation of property listings on the companys website.
• Create and maintain records of all transactions in the companys CRM system.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

Experience:

• Real Estate Sales Experience (Preferred)
• Real Estate Licensing (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point (Required)
• Property Management Software: PropertyPal (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,633.00 - $158,611.00 per year
