BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDC)

Appointment Setters/BDC Associates manage inbound and outbound communications with existing and prospective customers. Tasked with converting contacts into quality sales appointments, Appointment Setters/BDC Associates maintain knowledge of products in order to guide our prospective clients and facilitate the appointment/sales process.
