Established Manufacturer of OTC Drug and Personal Care Products (Lip Balm, Breath Sprays, Sunscreens, etc.) is seeking an experienced Sales Order Entry/Customer Service Rep for our Customer Service Team
The right candidate will have Sales order entry and customer service experience.
This is an inside position that requires high level data entry and computer skills as well as interpersonal. This position works closely with our Sales Team to insure complete and accurate processing and fulfillment of Customer orders.
Education/Training:

High School Diploma, or GED - Customer Service Experience required

Skills:

Good oral and written communication skills. Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Will be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.Microsoft Office experience - Word, Excel, Outlook
Abilities:

Ability to handle high stress environment. Ability to analyze information gathered in order to identify potential problems or discrepancies.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
