CSR - Customer Service Representative

Job description

We are seeking an energetic person to help our customer service team support our business-to-business operation. This job comes with the opportunity for growth into a sales or marketing position.

Responsibilities:

· Interact with customers and assist in processing orders.

· Answer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.

· Serve customers by providing product and order information.

· Perform product inventory.

· Add new products to the company's eCommerce website as needed.

· Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.

· Work independently and as part of a team to establish and maintain favorable client relationships.

· Use CRM software as a means of following up with customers.

· Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.

· Become knowledgeable about our products.

· Recommend potential products to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Qualifications:

· At least two years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a related field preferred.

· Proficiency in the use of computer applications.

· Ability to effectively interface with customers regarding potential sales, orders, and shipments.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
