Opportunity to join an HR company looking to expand into multiple areas. Will be responsible for developing new clients for both our Staffing and HR Outsourcing Divisions. Will develop leads through outside sales, networking, social media and other professional sources. Responsible to develop proposals, conduct client meetings, develop contracts and provide customer service. Must have a proven track record performing business to business sales with experience in staffing, payroll programs and/or Professional Employer Organizations preferred. Bilingual (Span/Eng) a plus.
We are expanding our footprint into new geographic locations. Looking for a dynamic and professional staff member to bring success into new regions. In addition to salary and commission, we provide company cell phone, business expense reimbursements, mileage and a great team environment. Ability to work remote is an option. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
