Sales Director

Canna Advisors is a Seattle, WA-based manufacturer of high-end cannabis products. We are a fast-growing company with a lot of room for growth and we are looking for a Sales Director to help us grow even faster.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the sales team, and leading the company through its growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales team and new accounts
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve sustainable growth
• Oversee the development of new products and marketing campaigns to increase sales volume
• Oversee all marketing activities including product demonstrations, trade shows, catalogs, etc.
• Manage the company’s advertising budget and develop strategies to increase sales volume
• Work with marketing team to ensure all promotional activities are coordinated and managed in a timely manner
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that support sales goals and increase market share
• Develop and maintain accurate records of sales activity, revenue, expenses, etc.
• Conduct market research to identify new products and develop strategies to increase sales volume
• Oversee the training of the sales team including meetings, training sessions, testing products, etc.
• Assist in developing internal processes such as pricing policies, manufacturing processes, etc.

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
