Now Hiring - Kamran and Company - Construction, Repair And Maintenance Services Sales Assistant in Santa Barbara, CA

$20-$25 hourly with a bonus potential of up to 15%

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell food service equipment within the assigned geographical territory.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the region.
• Collaborate with manufacturer representatives to enhance customer relations.
• Maintain a comprehensive sales database to track customer information and sales activities.
• Negotiate equipment prices for assigned accounts to secure optimal deals.
• Analyze current products to identify potential cost savings for customers.
• Attend sales meetings as outlined by the Sales Manager.
• Evaluate competition, report findings, and provide insights on pricing and programs.
• Utilize software tools such as Auto Quotes, NetSuite, and Sales Force for sales operations.
• Address product quality issues and field-related problems in a timely manner.
• Foster and maintain positive customer service relationships with other departments, branches, vendors, and customers through professional resolution of service issues.
• Ensure the achievement of established goals and timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in the food service equipment industry or sales is preferred.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or Culinary Degree preferred
• 2 years business-business sales experience
• 2 years industry related experience
• 5 years sales experience in foodservice/hospitality management and/or foodservice sales
