International autos has an opening for an experienced parts counter person for our busy technician and retail/wholesale counters.

We handle some of the most luxurious and exciting vehicles made with a broad and loyal customer base. If you have at least 1 year of parts counter sales experience you owe it to yourself to check this opportunity out. Dealership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with aftermarket or other parts experience.

The right person for this job is someone that has a passion for the vehicles and self motivated. Someone that understands how to build a relationship with the customers and goes the extra step. Someone with excellent attendance and punctuality.

This is a full time position M-F with Saturday rotation. Saturday work schedule is 8:00am to 1:00pm.

Responsibilities include;

Assisting technicians with parts needs through either face to face or electronic communications

verifying ETA's

Ordering parts

Following up with prior day's parts orders

Contacting appropriate assistance centers for more difficult cases

Communication ETA's, delays or other critical information to advisors and technicians

Pre pull and pre bill parts for technicians

Review next days appointments and verify needed items are on hand
