What you will be doing:

• Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims.
• Complete Home Inspection for damage with customer to verify exterior damage.
• Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service.
• Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership.
• Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily.
• We are looking for experienced salespeople AND people looking to make a change in their career. Sales representatives will be working off a combination of leads generated by Mighty Dog and additional business will be generated by door knocking/networking.

What you'll bring:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to set ladder and walk a residential roof.
• Coachability and a Team oriented attitude
• Motivation and comfortability working with little or no direction.
