Woundtech is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and results driven sales professional to join the Woundtech team as a Senior Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to Woundtech’s clients who refer patients to us for in-home, provider delivered wound care services. Our referral partners include providers, hospital discharge planners and case managers, IPAs, MSOs, SNFs, LTACs and other healthcare entities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and information source for referring health care clients, including providers, hospitals, SNF, LTAC and LTC, assisting them with referrals, resolving issues, and providing information about our Woundtech provider delivered, in-home wound care services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Woundtech’s wound care offerings
- Utilize effective communication and exceptional sales skills to build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate referrals and ensure the smooth delivery of wound care to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with providers, MSOs (Managed Service Organizations), IPAs (Independent Practice Associations), and other healthcare delivery organizations in the Market.
- Demonstrate a commitment to increasing access to care for wound care patients, advocating for their needs and actively promoting our services.
- Document and update client information accurately and in a timely manner in CRM (Salesforce) ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to wound care and in-home care delivery
- Be confident, polished, and professional in all interactions, driven to succeed, and able to navigate the complex healthcare landscape in the market.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience with a referral driven healthcare services organization, with a strong preference for candidates with home health, home infusion, long-term care, hospice, or health care ancillary services experience
- Demonstrated high drive, energy, and passion for providing exceptional care and customer service.
- Excellent sales, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to health professionals including physicians and health care business professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Recognized as a leader on a team, ability to motivate peers to success with your positive energy and proven approaches—a true team player.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM, computer systems and software applications relevant to the role, including Salesforce.
- Deep familiarity and existing relationships with providers, MSOs, IPAs, and other healthcare organizations in the Market.
- Commitment to increasing access to care for wound care patients and improving healthcare outcomes.
- Confidence, polish, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
