Job Description

A sales position in a fast paced, high energy, brand recognized retail store. The ideal candidates will have a strong retail sales background, like to interact with customers and team mates, and are motivated to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a member of the Helly Hansen team, the Retail Sales Associate is responsible for helping create a customer focused environment, engaging with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and offer solution based sales solutions.

Requirements:

• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office, stand for 8 hour shifts and lift 25lb boxes
• Ability to partner with the leadership team on operational matters
• Must have a team-player mentality
• Flexible Schedule -Weekends are mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour based on experience and sales skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time year round
