Summary:

Meet prospective buyers in the model homes and assist the clients with sales, paperwork, and closing on their dream home.

Duties:

• Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs, wants and dissatisfactions with current home.
• Accompany clients through the model home, and/or homesites under construction.
• Assists buyers with the home buying process to include coordinating offers and counteroffers between buyer and seller.
• Manage escrows and communicate between buyers, lenders, superintendents and others to ensure a positive buying experience while meeting conditions of purchase agreement and close dates.
• Ensure that paperwork is completed accurately and on time; correct any errors or omissions.
• Be motivated and a self-starter, but also willing to collaborate and work well in a team.
• Input and manage data into CRM and be able to use DocuSign.
• Seek new leads by continually contacting prospective buyers, referrals, brokers, and other prospects.
• Salary is hourly + earned incentive per closing

Requirements:

• Valid CA real estate license
• Work weekends – days off are weekdays
• New home sales experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Outstanding communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.36 per hour
