Job Description

I am a fast growing Allstate Insurance agency that offers very competitive pay, great benefits, training, and upward mobility. This position will be a service position. But there will be opportunity to earn commission for selling to existing and new customers.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Prospect and contact potential customers

Data processing and running reports to track team performance

Daily, weekly, and monthly report processing to assist with billing, renewals, and cancelations

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Help with marketing strategies to grow the business

Provide customers with accurate information regarding availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification.

Connect with community members to develop referral sources and to enhance the agency brand in the community

Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude

Colorado Property and Casualty OR Personal Lines Licenses - Preferred
