Job Summary:

* Must have Light Industrial-Logistics selling staffing experience
* Must be a go-getter and have B2B Selling experience
* Must be able to meet current metrics and follow-through with follow-up on leads.
* Must have Regional and market experience.
* Must be able to conduct a Discovery and put presentations and proposals together
* Be a team player and open to change
* Will be traveling within the state for staffing sales activities (Introductions, Stop By's, Presentations, Closing etc.)
* Need to develop a strategic approach in creating new leads, follow up, maintaining a viable funnel, and urgency to gain business.
* Looking for tenacious individuals that are not afraid to knock on doors and break down walls to build relationships.
Job Description
The role will be responsible for identifying potential new clients developing our presence in the US.
You will work closely with the National Sales Director to prioritize regional accounts within the defined territory and help us grow our brand.
Responsibilities Through Operation level engagement and consultative selling, you will qualify opportunities.
To understand the various customer pains and challenges, and to educate prospects on Jobandtalent solutions and how they can add value to their current challenges
Identify and generate new business opportunities to deliver growth
Open doors and identify client needs to find business opportunities
Identify and actively address inefficiencies: always look for excellence, constant improvement of our tools and best practices/initiatives
Overachieve your targets with a good quality pipeline, focused on both inbound and outbound prospects"
Conduct warm and cold calls, and travel throughout your territory to attend meetings, give presentations, close deals, or make introductions.
Need to be experienced in new business development preferably in the Staffing space, career minded and looking to build experience for future growth
Driven to overachieve personal and professional targets
High level of curiosity and creativity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as the business and technical communities.
3-5 years of successful sales experience
