Full Time Sales Assistant/Representative for packaging supplies company located in City of Industry, California. We are looking for a confident, motivated individual who is hard working and ambitious to join our Sales Team.

Unleash your full potential with our great commission structure and inspiring environment. 8 Net specialized in Business of warehouse, packaging & shipping supplies, Pallet Rack Design/ Installation, Warehouse Moving, 3rd Party Logistics Storage and Transportation.
As a full-time sales position, your key role is to develop relationships with current & potential accounts by territory.

Job Descriptions but not limited to:

• To be trained by Sales/Marketing team lead of company product line for the first 2 weeks
• To be assigned a territory
• To be assigned a list of Existing accounts, able to work with inside customer service representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
• Build customer folders; Quotation/proposal & Process Sales orders
• Develop potential / new accounts with help within 3-month

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should have strong personality, be decisive and results-oriented

• Exceptional listening and communication skills with customers and internal team
• Self-motivated with great team player attitude
• Work under the fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 plus years of outside Sales Experience
• Bilingual Language: English / Spanish; English / Chinese
• Knowledge on warehouse supplies/services: corrugated boxes, stretch wrap, carton tapes, transportation, equipment rental, racking system and etc.
• Territory/Location: Fontana/ Rancho Cucamonga

Salary:

• start from $18/ per hour (*depends on experience) plus commission*
