JYC is a start up intermodal shipping company. Our assets are in Long Beach and we are currently looking to add 3 additional sales executives to our team for a total of 6 executives to work remotely from the Phoenix area. JYC already has a strong brand with shippers and brokers and we want you to join us grow the business! If you like to win and compete then do not hesitate to reach out!

The role of the Sales Executive includes:

- Using current lead sources to call and email different prospects

- Converting new business from shippers, brokers, and freight forwarders by working together to win the lane

- Pulling through at least $40,000 of new business per month ▪ The average Revenue Per Container is $1,000 with a range of $800-$4,000/container depending on the delivery region (coverage area includes CA, AZ, UT, and NV)

- Enter all confirmed orders on the company’s TMS for easy tracking by operations

- Complete your billing for each completed order by the end of the workday

Requirements of the job include:

- At least 2+ years of sales experience in a Logistics industry or in a similar field

- Bachelor’s degree in business or in a similar field

- Experienced in using Microsoft Office and CRM

Training:

- Dedicated training will be provided for 4 weeks with multiple a sales and operations manager

Location:

- Work will be primarily remote, there will be two in person working lunches weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
