Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles and their features
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Ensure accurate inventory control and update vehicle listings

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience in cold calling and prospecting for new leads
- Proficient in retail math and basic math calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Note: Previous experience in car sales or automotive industry is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
