Top producing agent seeks full time assistant. Approx- 40 Hours Per Week. On the job training will be provided. Previous Real Estate experience and license is required.

The applicant must be available to work Monday through Friday and weekends would be additional pay if open to that.

-Following up with clients
-Answering and routing calls
-Running office errands
-Reliable transportation
-Strong ability to get tasks completed in a timely manner
-Must be able to maintain professionalism image
-Ability to multi-task
-Good time management skills
-Strong knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment
-Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks
-Experience using email and social media.
-Strong work ethics
-Real estate office experience is a plus
-Be ready to be cross-trained in all real estate and office activities that this job requires
