Full description of the position
Miracle-Ear, part of Amplifon Americas, a world leader in hearing care, has a strong demand for diverse, authentic, creative, and dynamic talent for an Retail Excellence Performance Manager role. We are looking for an individual who is forward-thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do.In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing sales Performance and productivity(e.g., close rate, show rate, schedule saturation) while ensuring consistent monitoring of the most relevant business and franchise key performance indicators (KPIs).You will drive creation, adoption, and execution of performance programs and tools in partnership with sales team lead and franchisees in the roll-out of innovative sales processes. In addition, this role will deliver performance results supporting the management with new incentive and commissions schemes.Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor sales trends against budget and forecast
- Partner with the sales team, keeping them updated on untapped opportunities or critical issues
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to Franchisees and stores performance and appointments; both in terms of quantity and quality, to guarantee the right traffic in the shop along with a sufficient show rate
- Keep track and analyze all main business KPIs, such as conversion rate, opportunities, etc., aiming at optimizing both growth and productivity.
- Partner with Sales Team to support them in defining an action plan based on monthly business insights and future trends.
- Partner with the sales team to define new incentives and recommended commissions schemes for our Franchisees.
- Manage and monitor innovation project roll-outs, from pilot phase to full execution.
- Guarantee the implementation and adoption of Global/Region processes/tools and KPIs ensuring the right focus, proper training, and commitment.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as economics, finance, engineering or statistics preferred
- Expertise in management of complex data structures and inclination to data analysis
- Expertise in sales or account management roles; retail experience will be considered a plus.
- Project management experience especially in sales and marketing areas
- Experience building and enhancing data infrastructure
- Knowledge analyzing data and communicating it to larger audience
- Ability to demonstrate experience navigating ambiguity
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365 applications.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau preferred.
