DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently provide a high-quality customer service experience to customers.
• Handle all incoming phone calls and internet leads.
• Confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.
• Works with customers to determine their needs and wants in their next vehicle purchase.
• Exhibit a commitment to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
• Follows-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
