We are seeking a full-time HVAC Sales Technician with residential experience to join the Climate Design family. Applicants should have at least 3 years of prior HVAC service with proven successful HVAC sales experience. The ideal candidate will have the skills and knowledge for all residential air conditioning needs. They will be required to provide accurate information and solutions for the customer’s needs. An EPA Certification is required. NATE Certification desired.

We are offering a sign-on bonus based on experience.

Regular Duties:

• HVAC diagnostics
• HVAC system accessories installation
• Clearing drain lines
• Ensure existing and potential customer satisfaction by providing custom fit solutions for their HVAC needs.
• Emphasize upgrades and maintenance to safeguard home comfort needs.
• Follow up on existing estimates and projects.
• Provide superior customer experiences to maintain customer relationships.
