Sr. Enterprise Account Executive - (Remote Home Based)

What You'll Do: Develop and cultivate TMBS business opportunities in order to meet overall business goals. Conduct sales account activities to meet established TMBS revenue goals and strengthen presence in direct sales channels. Manage and pursue complex accounts and prospective customers.
Develop and manage relationships with a named account list of prospects and existing customers, create partnerships to ensure successful quota achievement, and effectively implement sales programs to maximize efforts to penetrate new accounts.
Responsible for selling a portfolio of Toshiba Managed solutions including Managed Print Services, Digital Signage and Kiosk solutions and bar code printing systems to commercial enterprises with a special focus on healthcare, higher education, retail and banking verticals.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales revenue and market share by pursuing mid to large-scale accounts to achieve quota via cold calling and self-generating leads.
- Manage, plan, and coordinate business development engagements for large-scale direct sales accounts in order to promote TMBS. These include large accounts requiring refined selling practices.
- Manage, plan, and coordinate sales program efforts for new accounts in order to meet established quotas and related revenue targets while growing direct account base.
- Responsible for quota achievement of assigned accounts.
- Make recommendations to management regarding account strategies to ensure selling success.
- Develop and manage relationships with prospects and new customers.
- Work with clients to understand and identify objectives and needs while aligning Toshiba products and services where business opportunities exist.Anticipate customer needs and identify appropriate alternatives.
- Act as a point of contact with accounts.
- Serve as subject matter expert for proposal response content.
- Effectively and efficiently implement sales programs to maximize efforts to penetrate new accounts.
- Make recommendations to senior management as appropriate to target new accounts.
- Identify areas of concern and advise management of corrective action.
- Ensure programs effectively grow market share and drive revenue growth.
- Create and analyze monthly forecasting and sales reports.
- Assess findings and determine sales potential of assigned area.
- Provide marketing with competitor data, trends and channel needs.
- Develop and generate related reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in enterprise-level and/or national accounts in the MFP, IT Services, or Managed Print Services industries.
- Experience selling integrated software solutions to national or enterprise accounts.
- Knowledge of vertical marketing or enterprise sales experience.
- Managed Print Service and Barcode systems experience a plus.
- Skills in document solutions/analysis, software configurations, and infrastructure implementation a plus.
- Must have demonstrated skills in documentation solution/analysis, software configurations and infrastructure implementation.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

- Position includes Base (paid biweekly) and Commission (paid monthly)/Annual Base Pay Range: $90,550.00 to $100,500.00 depending on experience. Additional earnings in the form of Commission plan opportunities of $214,000 per year at 100% of quota (approximate). Additional earning opportunities are uncapped.
