You be will accountable for the planning, organizing, staffing, and controlling of the North American sales and marketing activities for the house account customers of our Heat Transfer Products division. You will provide the commercial leadership driving business growth through processes and services that meet and exceed customer expectations utilizing sales strategies and tactics aligned with our objectives. This job is located in our Grenada, MS location. Remote work is acceptable. You will report to the National Accounts Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all sales and marketing related functions associated with key House accounts, providing both technical and commercial assistance
- Customer development and management through in-person and remote customer interfacing
- Supervise team focused on improving and expanding Modine’s reach to customer base (Applications Engineering, Customer Service, Drafting)
- Contract negotiation and management
- Sales forecasting and planning
- Assist Sales Director with initiatives related to new business development
- Provide oversight for inside sales and product group teams to promote efficient utilization of Modine support resources and processes
- Coordination with Operations and other functional areas to ensure that Modine is meeting the expectations of our customer base
- Provide guidance to internal functional departments with regard to design, quality, process and priorities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Eager to learn, driven, hard-working, task-focused, goal oriented, and a team player
- Experience in Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer is preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
- Ability in the development and presentation of business analysis and proposals
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving/decision making skills with experience in the supervision of others
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required
- Computer aptitude and the ability to learn Modine SAP system
- Experience in Customer Service, Manufacturing, or managing accounts
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a minimum of a 4-year undergraduate degree. At least 10 years of experience in sales or engineering related to the heat exchanger industry.

- Estimated Base Salary Range - $124,000.00 - $150,000.00
The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, and location. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
