Smart Success Healthcare is looking for an experienced Appointment Generator to join our team. We are a fast-growing company and need someone who is looking to grow with us!

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating appointments for our company. Appointments are the most important and lucrative product to Smart Success Healthcare. We are looking for someone who is looking to build a career in sales and appointments. This position will require you to be in the office Monday through Friday between 9am-6pm in Clearwater, FL.

Responsibilities:
Generate appointments for our company through outbound calling, email, text, and social media outreach.

• Answer phone calls and take messages.
• Respond to emails, texts, and social media messages in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by producing accurate information using proven methods.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work with all customers in a professional manner.
• Develop new leads through outbound calling, texting, social media outreach, and other marketing methods.
• Maintain an organized filing system for leads, appointments, sales reports, etc..
• Provide support for other sales team members as needed.
• Provide support for other departments as needed.

Experience:
1-3 years of outbound calling or outbound sales experience (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
