Zain Realty & Management is looking for a full-time Leasing Consultant at Taj Estates of Randolph, a 107 unit apartment complex in Randolph, MA. The ideal applicant will possess a love of apartment living, as well as a strong desire to foster a sense of community among team members and tenants. This position requires experience in all phases of apartment leasing, renewing, and turnover.

Use your leasing and interpersonal abilities to lease luxury apartment units!

As a member of the leasing team at Taj Estates of Randolph, you will:

• Show units to potential tenants, as well as discuss pricing and lease conditions
• Handle rental applications
• Create leasing packages and provide excellent tenant care to ensure easy move-ins
• Maintain regular contact with residents
• Coordinate with the Property Manager and maintenance team
