We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our warehouse/distribution/eCommerce/manufacturing customers, overseeing their accounts and ensuring their satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business from existing clients and must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate additional headcounts or business with existing clients
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet deliverable
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Manage Onsite Supervisors within territoryTravel to accounts as needed or be primary contact with designated clients.
You are
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or had a relationship management role managing clients as direct point of contact
- Experience in the warehouse/distribution/eCommerce/manufacturing environment(s)
- Staffing or recruiting experience to leverage to support client needs
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present solutions to clients and manage outcomes
- Solid experience with MS Office, including Excel
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsBilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant experience in lieu of education.
