Job Requirements

• Guest Service Focused, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Have previous catering and sales management experience.
• Sit or stand for varying lengths of time, sometimes for prolonged periods.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Flexible to work varying schedules to meet the needs of the business.
• Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!

What will you be doing

• Solicit, upsell, coordinate, manage and prepare all event documentation, including convention services management, and facilitate through sales, property operations departments, and clients.
• Responsible for generating and booking a high volume of business functions (Social Market).
• Solicit sales through assigned accounts, potential new accounts, and participation in community organizations, which represent opportunities for new business. Maintain the highest quality of meeting and banquet service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
