Pinnacle Financial Services is currently growing and seeking top talent to join our Annuity and Life Insurance Sales team. Great opportunity for those with an entrepreneurial spirit looking for the security of a position with a salary, benefits and a retirement plan plus unlimited earning upside.

Responsibilities will include case analysis and design, managing existing brokers and the recruiting of new brokers for the sale of Annuity and Life Insurance products.

Essential Job Functions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and others as necessary within the assigned territory.
• Recruit new agents to Pinnacle Financial.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 Yr Annuity and Life Experience including Index annuities.
• Ability to work in an inside sales environment
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, presentation and training skills
• Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, analytical and strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel when needed
• Insurance license- Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
